As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by finding and attracting top talent. With your commercial acumen, you will ensure that you engage candidates and offer them the best proposals quickly.

Candidate search
You base your candidate search both on our clients’ vacancies and on your existing candidate network. You use all the different job boards to start conversations and screen resumes thoroughly. You quickly learn what to look for so that our clients can count on you for top candidates.
Building Relations
You get to know your candidates thoroughly through an in-depth interview or phone call. You discover what drives them and use this as a starting point to match them with the right projects. Throughout the process, you monitor the candidate closely by regularly calling, emailing and texting them, so you stay in almost unbroken contact with your top candidates. Being quick is key, but relationship management is at least as important.
Driving the business
You’ll get to know our clients well. You will discuss each project with your account managers to acquire a full picture of the corporate culture, salary opportunities and client expectations. With this information at hand, you’ll be well equipped to quickly find and win over the best candidates! This is how you deliver top service to both clients and candidates.
Lifelong learning
At Pauwels Consulting, you have every opportunity to learn. It starts with a six-month onboarding period during which you learn all the tricks of the trade. Experience is absolutely not required, but it is a plus. Curiosity, passion and ambition are what we are looking for.
