What happens after you apply?
Step 1: Telephone screening
Emilia or Daniel will call you soon to get to know you a little and talk about the vacancy.
Step 2: First Interview
We get to know you better and tell you everything about the job and company culture. You can ask us anything! Together, we discover if there's a connection.
Step 3: Second Interview
Great, you made it to the next round! First, you take a personality test, then it's time to meet part of your team.
Step 4: Welcome to the Team!
We prepare your contract, that you then review together with our HR Business Partner. When you've signed your contract, you're ready for onboarding!

Let’s talk salary expectations: We are very transparent about this, so present your salary preferences at the very beginning of the interview!
- How and where can I work?
Offices in prime locations from Ghent to Paris! We understand if you would prefer to alternate between working from home and going to the office: with us, you can work from home a few days each week, as long as you complete your range of tasks well.
- What is the working atmosphere like at our office?
The atmosphere at Pauwels Consulting is unique! Our teams are 100% committed, we are proud of what we do and we work hard for it. At the same time, we enjoy having lunch together, doing sports at noon and after hours, and taking part in other rewarding events and get-togethers.
