How do I create a good CV?

When writing a CV, the rule is: short but sweet! Put your most recent experience at the top and make it look professional. Keep it neat and show some flair. Last but not least: let your ambition shine through! Show us at a glance what your goals and dreams are.

What are the best questions to ask during a job interview?

Good question! We attach great importance to two-way communication during your job interview. By asking your own questions, you show interest in the position and our company. Important topics to ask about include the company culture, opportunities for personal development, your range of tasks, and so on. Think carefully in advance about which questions you want to ask and end the conversation with an engaging question to make a good final impression.

What should I wear to the interview?

At Pauwels Consulting, the image of our team is important to us, because we want to make a good first impression. But don’t worry: we’re not so old-fashioned that we expect skirts for women and three-piece suits for men. Here are some guidelines to keep your outfit on point: Sneakers are fine, as long as they’re not worn out from all the concerts you’ve been to. Jeans are definitely allowed, but leave the ripped ones at home. It’s better to opt for a turtleneck, blouse or shirt over a simple T-shirt. On casual Fridays, you can finally pull out that snazzy hoodie!
