For the first six months, you will be thoroughly trained by our recruitment coach and be subject to a good balance between theory, practice and on-the-job learning. After six to 18 months you will have become an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in your field. After more than 18 months in the role, you will have proven yourself as a successful recruitment expert and be ready to further expand on your expertise or experience what our other departments do.
