Applying for a job is an exciting process and sometimes you can’t know what to expect. But there’s no reason to let additional uncertainties get in the way of your ambition. The four steps
Step 1: Telephone screening
ASAP
We received your application! Emilia or Daniel will call you as soon as possible. In an introductory interview, you will receive more details about the vacancy and our company culture. At the same time, this is your chance to tell us what exactly you are looking for from your next challenge and employer.
Step 2: First interview
A few days later
During this interview we want to get to know you better and discover together whether your personality and skills match our corporate culture. We will do everything we can to show you what you can expect from Pauwels Consulting as an employer. Remember that you can ask us anything you want in this interview! Being transparent is hugely important to us.
Step 3: Second interview
One week later
Great, you passed the second round! After taking a personality test, it’s time to meet some of the team. During this interview, you will get to know your potential future supervisor and colleagues. What do they expect from you on the team, –and what do you expect from them?
Step 4: Welcome to the team!
One week later
Congratulations! We will prepare your contract ASAP and invite you to go over it with our HR business partner before signing it. You are now ready for your first day at Pauwels Consulting. We can’t wait to give you a warm welcome and fully immerse you in the onboarding process. See you soon!

Offices in prime locations from Ghent to Paris! We understand if you would prefer to alternate between working from home and going to the office: with us, you can work from home a few days each week, as long as you complete your range of tasks well.
